Daily Examination of Conscience
Lord God, grant me the light to see the sins I have committed today.
(In silence, review the thoughts, words, deeds and omissions of the day. Recall where I corresponded with grace, where I refused it, and for whom I must still pray.)
I am sorry, Lord, for all my sins, because they offend you, my highest good, deserving of all my love. With your help I firmly resolve to amend my life and to confess my sins. Amen.
