Lauretana, All Saints, Sacred Heart — litanies approved by the Church.

1. Litany of Loreto The Litany of Loreto — Marian invocations gathered at the Italian shrine and approved by Sixtus V in 1587.
2. Litany of the Saints The oldest litany of the Latin Church — invoked at ordinations, church dedications and the Easter Vigil.
3. Litany of Saint Joseph The Litany of Saint Joseph approved by Pope St Pius X in 1909, with the seven new invocations added by Pope Francis in 2021.
4. Litany of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Litany approved by Leo XIII in 1899 — 33 invocations, one for each year of Christ’s earthly life.
5. Litany of the Holy Name of Jesus Litany of the Holy Name of Jesus — invocations gathered by St Bernardine of Siena and St John Capistran.
6. Litany of the Most Precious Blood Litany approved by St John XXIII in 1960 for the universal Church.
7. Litany of Divine Mercy Litany of Divine Mercy inspired by the Diary of St Faustina Kowalska — devotion spread by St John Paul II.
